Chicago Designer Series Workshops
Each month we will be offering classes from published Chicago designers, known for their designs in womens, mens, kids and baby apparel, jewelry accessories, lace techniques, toys and photography.
Laila Korn (aka Stylish Girl) has taken her love of jewelry and her love of crochet and has turned it into gorgeous works of wearable art. Laila has patterns in Happy Hooker and has been featured in Chicago Magazine. She will be teaching how to make a beautiful Wire and Bead Crochet Necklace on Thursday, July 29th.

Men's Night is every Monday from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. Join other men knitters and crocheters to inspire one another and talk.
Lunch Bunch with Vicki
Feel free to bring your friends . . . the more the merrier is Loopy’s motto . . . Lunch Bunch meets every Thursday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Bring a bag lunch and your latest knitting project from Loopy. You don’t have to be an expert knitter to attend! Vicki is on standby for free help, so bring any questions or slip ups that you just can’t quite figure out.
Sweater Workshop is perfect for all our sweater knitters, to gather, to get help & guidance and support you through your sweater project. Sweater Workshop meets every Monday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Just come to work on your sweater or feel free to bring any questions or slip ups that you just can’t quite figure out.
Classes
A variety of new classes have been added to the schedule. We keep adding to it, so check frequently!
We carry a blocking board from the Ohio Table Pad Company. It is fantastic for blocking your knitting projects. The size is 33" by 51" but it folds up with a carrying handle to 33" x 25.5". Come check it out!
Have a Knitting Party!
We have created parties and classes upon request! We can work with you and your friends to create a class (or series of classes) or party to meet your needs. This could range from beginning knitting classes for a group of your friends to a project class for a knitting club. Maybe you all want to knit the same sweater or to learn to knit socks together. We can help!
